Hi All,

Due to the declining interest over recent years , we the commitee if the A.A.I.C.C. have formerly disbanded the I.C.C. section of the club.

The original Abby Anglers section of the club will continue to run but on a smaller scale. as in we will have a closed membership of no more than twenty committed anglers.

We now have control of various waters. That need work done on them, we shall be concentrating our efforts on one water that needs most work done to improve it to make it easier ...

Fishing the Lough

I have recently relocated from the UK where I was a keen Carp Angler and was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions re the Lough in Cork City.

1. Are many fish caught during the day (I see from the forum that there may be no night fishing?)?

2. Is it barbless hooks only?

3. I presume Tiger Nuts are not permitted?

4. Is there a rod limit?

I thought I might give it a go as I am only an hour away.
