| Have the 12000 XTA's (Green ones with both 10000 & 12000 spools) for long range and donkey work - built to last, real workhorses. love them! Erics were doing them for 99 sterlings. GG. _________________ "scissor me timbers" |

| just sold a set of the ones Gordons talking about and they are pretty good but very heavy ,........i changed to the 5500 xtb models which have the baitrunner /quickdrag spool and are lighter than the rear drag baitrunners the bigger reels are great if you boat out baits hundreds of yards and need the capacity but for everyday use the smaller reel does a better job and dosent seem to have had a negative affect on my cast .........quite the opposite in fact |
